Your Unit Isn’t Holding a Consistent Temperature

This is often the first thing a manager notices when checking the logs or reaching for product. If the digital display is reading 42 degrees instead of 36, or if the freezer is hovering right at the melting point, you have an immediate problem. Fluctuating temperatures put your food safety at risk and can lead to immediate inventory loss.

In the Florida climate, the cooling system has to work twice as hard to shed heat. When that line clogs, the water has nowhere to go but out onto your floor.

The System Is Running Constantly

The rubber gaskets around your cooler and freezer doors are the only things keeping the cold air in and the warm air out. Refrigerant Leaks in the Sealed System

Your refrigeration unit uses a specific amount of refrigerant to move heat from the inside of the box to the outside. This is a closed loop, meaning the refrigerant should never disappear. If the level is low, it means there is a hole or a crack somewhere in the copper lines or the coils.
